This should bring 1-3″ of snow for much of the area. Saturday looks quiet and cool with temps topping out near 30. Also there is a possible storm for wendsday.

We are tracking a snowy end to the workweek for much of New England and upstate New York. Snow will move in tonight and will continue falling through the day friday. Snow may mix in with sleet or even rain along the extreme coast (eg. islands and tips of peninsulas) and that could hold down total accumulations there.
ACCUMULATIONS
1-3″ along the coast inland to around Fryburg, North to around Agusta, South to Rhode Island, and Northeast to Mount Desert Island. Areas within a 30 mile radius of that should expect a coating to around 2″.
TEMPERATURES
Temps will rise to around the freezing mark on Friday at the coast. Highs in the 20’s inland.
