Hurricane Sandy, packing winds up to 75mph, bears down on the east coast of the United States. Also known as “Frankenstorm”, Sandy is a category 1, and moving northeast. At 8:00 a.m, on Wednesday morning, Sandy will be downgraded to a tropical storm, but will still impact Pennsylvania.
