Hello everyone! 

Today will feature warm and sunny conditions as high pressure builds into the region. Expect temps to make it into the 70’s in the mountains and along the coast with 80’s in the favored warm spots. A sea breeze will develop this afternoon so along the coast, highs may only reach the high 60’s. The greatest threat for this will be along the midcoast.
