Hello everyone!

Today will feature mainly clear skies and warm temps following a chilly start. Current temps as of 6 AM are right around freezing but in just a few hours, they should be approaching 50 degrees in the north and 60 degrees in the south. Skies will be mainly sunny today with just a few high clouds in the north and west this afternoon as a front drifts in our direction. Winds will be light out of the south west and responsible for the warmth we’ll experience today.

Rain arrives tomorrow along with coastal flooding concerns as a storm moves up the coast.
