Today will feature snow moving through at daybreak with clearing around 10:30 am with more precipitation this evening and tonight in the form of rain as warm air moves in. Highs in NE will be 31 in the north and mountains and close to 50 in southern Connecticut and Rhode Island. 40s in MA and NH with mid 30s in southern ME. Mid Atlantic goes as following: 60s in VA, with 50s and upper 40s elsewhere.
