Hello everyone!
Today will feature cooler temps and more precip which is already underway up in the mountains where snow is falling this morning. More showers are expected this afternoon once daytime heating gets underway and in some of the heavier showers, sleet and graupel are likely given extremely low freezing heights. Highs today will range through the 40’s for the mountains and the foothills while the coast gets to enjoy some low 50’s. As for cloud cover, the mountains stay mostly cloudy while the coast sees more sun.
More unsettled weather is expected tomorrow.

Thanks! No idea if WSCH got the graupel reference from me, it’s pretty widely used in meteorology under the right circumstances but I’m glad you’re enjoying the posts!
