Hello everyone!
Today will feature the arrival of a much drier airmass as a cold front has moved offshore. Look for westerly breezes to kick in this morning and continue through the day. Temps will rise into the 70’s north and low 80’s south, but the bigger story will be the fall of the dew points, which will fall from the upper 60’s this morning into the upper 40’s this afternoon. The lower humidity will certainly be a welcome reprieve! It’s expected to last, too, as we enter a prolonged stretch of cool and dry weather heading into early September.
