Light Snow For Some Today

Hello everyone!

Today will feature cool temps, cloudy skies, and, for some, light snow as a weak disturbance moves by to our south. Because this disturbance is weak and moving to our south, the highest probability of precipitation will be located over southern areas. The mountains could remain mostly dry today. While gentle northerly winds will be transporting cooler air into the region, it’s still early in the season and the daytime timing of the system means that along the coast, snow may change to rain, and even if it doesn’t, no accumulation is expected. Inland, up to an inch of accumulation is expected, especially in the higher terrain. Temperatures will range from the low 30’s north to a little above 40 in SW NH.
