Clearing Out Today

Hello everyone!

Yesterday’s snow is on its way out today, and will be replaced by sunny skies for much of the coastal plain by early this afternoon. Westerly winds will pick up behind the departing system, resulting in a classic upslope/downslope pattern for clouds, precip, and temps. Temps will range from the mid 20’s in the mountains to the mid 30’s along the coast. Clouds and snow showers will be most abundant in the mountains, though with an assist from Lake Ontario, some of that moisture could spill out onto the coastal plain with clouds and flurries possible this evening.
