Hello everyone!
Today will feature another day of generally calm and mild weather today as we sit in an area of light westerly flow both at the surface and aloft. This means that we’ll see slightly warmer than normal temps and generally dry weather, though a strong southward moving cold front will get close enough to northern areas late in the day for a few flurries, along with a more widespread area of increased cloud cover. Due to this front, mostly cloudy skies can be expected in the north, with more sun than clouds in the south. The front won’t cross the area until tomorrow, so we’re left with another generally warm day featuring highs ranging from a little below 30 in the north to a little above 40 in the south.
