After a chilly start, in the 30’s for most, temps will be on the upswing this afternoon as bright sunshine dominates under strong high pressure. Cool temperatures are forecast with highs ranging from around 60 in the north to just shy of 70 in the south. Clear skies will rule the day, and no precip is expected.
