Hello everyone!

Today will feature milder temps and generally sunny skies as high pressure slides offshore. Expect high temps to range from 35 in the north to 50 in southern areas that are away from the immediate coast. Given the absence of a westerly wind, we can expect cooler temps along the immediate coast due to the sea breeze circulation. Highs near the shore will hover around 40.
