Hello everyone!
Today we’ll see cooler temps, but keep the unsettled weather as a frontal boundary lingers just south of the region. Expect that front to get hung up as it tries to move north over the still-deep snowpack in the mountains. As a result, most of the region will remain cool and unsettled today as the warm airmass gets forced to rise up and over the low level cold air locked in place over Maine. Expect overcast skies throughout the day, with patchy drizzle and fog developing this afternoon. Highs should sit right around the 40 degree mark for most of the area, except for SW NH. Aside from the drizzle, we won’t see any organized/widespread precip today as strong forcing for ascent remains well to our west.
SW NH will see temps soar into the 60’s as the front should move up to around the 101 corridor. Patchy sunshine should arrive in the warm sector, which will make for a very pleasant day!
