Clear And Cool Today

Hello everyone!

Today will feature weather a lot like yesterday with clear skies and cool temps. The big change, however, will be the lack of wind. Calm winds this morning have allowed for some substantial radiational cooling and reports of frost are widespread. Highs today will rise into the upper 50’s north and low/mid 60’s south. Winds will remain largely calm through the morning before slight southerly breezes develop in the afternoon.

Cool, Clear, And Breezy Today

Hello everyone!

Today will feature the weather originally expected for yesterday which is cool temps, clear skies, and breezy NW winds. Look for highs ranging from the upper 40’s north to low 60’s south. Skies will take on the typical upslope/downslope pattern with overcast conditions already seen on visible satellite in the mountains while blue skies dominate across the foothills and coastal plain. NW winds will be breezy as high pressure moves in. Gusts over 30mph are possible.

Cool With Showers Today

Hello everyone!

Moisture from Matthew is streaming north this morning and the overly saturated metaphorical sponge that is the atmosphere is being wrung out by a frontal boundary that is lazily drifting southeastward. The front is moving much slower than originally forecast with showers lingering until midday for inland areas and the evening hours along the coast. Skies will be mainly cloudy except perhaps for the mountains where some evening sun is possible. Highs will be cool ranging from the mid 50’s north to the low/mid 60’s south.

The cool, breezy, and sunny weather originally forecast for today is still coming, its appearance is slated for tomorrow morning. In the meantime, enjoy the much-needed rain!

Scattered Showers Today

Hello everyone!

Today will feature increasing clouds ahead of an approaching cold front. Look for a partly sunny start fading to overcast by evening. Highs will be mild, in the low 60’s north and upper 60’s south. Showers are likely to move in from the west this evening and will be light to moderate in nature. They will be scattered at best but coverage will be most widespread in the north. The clouds and showers will be long gone by tomorrow with clear skies, cool temps, and breezy NW winds expected.

Lovely And Mild Today

Hello everyone!

Today will feature mainly sunny skies, light winds, and warm temps as high pressure sits overhead. Look for highs in the upper 60’s north and low to mid 70’s south. Some clouds are possible very late in the day as a front starts to drift in our direction. That front will bring showers tomorrow before more clear and cool weather arrives later in the weekend.

Slightly Milder Today

Hello everyone!

Remember yesterday? You now have a pretty good idea of what today’s weather will look like. Expect clear skies and light winds with temps about five degrees above yesterday’s. Highs will range from the low 60’s north to right around 70 south. Some morning stratus and fog is likely in the typically favored locations but that should be quick to burn off this morning.

Clear Cool And Calm Today

Hello everyone!

High pressure is right overhead today which means the weather will be pretty straightforward. Clear skies are likely with cool temps and light winds. Highs will range from the low 60’s north to right around 70 in SW NH. Winds will be nearly calm and no precipitation is expected. Not really a whole lot else to say, enjoy it!

Cool And Clear Today

Hello everyone!

Today will feature clear skies, cool temps, and NE breezes as high pressure moves just to our north. Look for any morning clouds to burn off to afternoon sunshine as temps rise into the low to mid 60’s for just about everyone. Some upper 50’s are possible in the north. Other than that, there’s not really a whole lot to say about the weather. Enjoy it!

More Of The Same Cool+Cloudy Weather Today

Hello everyone!

Today will feature a continuation of our dreary stretch of weather with more clouds than sun along with cool temps and the chance for a shower. Skies will be mostly cloudy but by the evening we should start to see slow clearing especially across northern areas which will be farther away from the remnants of the cutoff low that will  be drifting along to our south. Almost everyone should get a glimpse of the sun at some point today as clouds move in and out. Closer to this system the chance for a shower exists but that should be limited to southern/western NH. Highs will range from the upper 50’s north to the mid 60’s south.

A Cool And Cloudy But Mostly Dry Day Today

Hello everyone!

Today will feature another day under the influence of a cutoff slow to our SW which will slowly meander in our direction. Look for mainly cloudy skies but little in the way of rain as most of the deep moisture has moved E. Despite that, some moisture does remain and as the low drifts closer, a few showers can’t be ruled out. Most of the day, however, will be dry. Clouds and continued onshore NE flow will lead to more cool temps with highs in the mid 50’s south and low 60’s north where some breaks of sun are likely.
