Today will feature the arrival of a cold front as low pressure moves up the Saint Lawrence valley. Out ahead of the front, expect southerly breezes and milder conditions. The front itself will arrive as a line of snow squalls, which will primarily impact the mountains before breaking up closer to the coast. Expect those squalls to arrive in the late afternoon hours for NH, and in the early evening for ME. The squalls will briefly bring visibility down to zero, with accumulations of up to an inch possible.
Skies will feature a mix of sun and clouds in the morning, becoming cloudier this afternoon as the front gets closer. Temps will be on the warm side, ranging from 25 in the north to 40 in the south.
