Hello everyone!

Today will feature generally mild temps, but also unsettled conditions as a cold front begins the process of crossing the area. Expect mostly cloudy skies, along with showery precipitation especially in the morning hours today. By this evening, the front will have pushed down towards the coast, which may allow for some sunny breaks to develop in the north. High temps will range from 45 in the north to 55 in the south away from the immediate coastline.
