Another Cool, Cloudy, But Mainly Dry Day Today

Hello everyone!

Strong Canadian high pressure remains anchored to our NE this morning while low pressure develops over the Mid Atlantic. The high will hold just enough sway over our weather this morning to allow for some sunshine, especially across NE parts of the area. As the day goes on, expect clouds to once again move in from the southwest. The high will also be feeding cold air southwestward, leading to another day of chilly temps right around 50 region-wide.

Precipitation appears to hold off until the evening hours for SW NH and the overnight hours for Maine. I’ll cover this more tomorrow morning, but be aware that if you’re at an elevation above 1,500 feet or so, this storm will be a snowy one for you. Flakes could even mix down to lower elevations if dynamics are strong enough. Happy spring!
