Hello everyone!
Today we’ll remain stuck with the low cloud cover that we’ve been dealing with for the past couple days. Several stations are reporting some drizzle and fog associated with the low cloud deck this morning, so don’t be surprised if you run into some patches of low visibility on the roads over the next few hours.
A subtle wind shift from the SSE to SSW today will result in a slightly thinner cloud deck compared to yesterday, so we may actually see a few patches of sun especially in southwestern parts of the region. This patchy sunshine will help push temps a bit warmer than recent days, with highs ranging from 55 in the north to 65 in the south.
We should stay mostly dry through the day today with the exception of morning drizzle. Steadier and heavier rain will arrive tomorrow.
