Hello everyone!
In a true sign of the season, we’ll be watching for showers and thunderstorms to pop up ahead of a cold front sliding in from the west this afternoon. No severe weather is expected though some gusty winds are possible given low level dry air. That said, if any storm is headed your way, make sure to duck inside until the lightning threat diminishes. The best chance for storms will be noon-2 PM in the north and mountains, 1-3 PM in the foothills/central areas, and 3-5 PM in southern areas.
Skies will start off with a mix of sun and clouds, becoming cloudier as the front approaches. High temps will range from 55 in the north and along the midcoast to 75 in interior southern NH.
