Hello everyone!
Today will feature quiet weather as high pressure drifts overhead following yesterday’s cold frontal passage. Expect mostly sunny skies across the region, along with cooler temps as our Canadian airmass settles in. Highs will range from around 40 in the mountains to a little below 50 in SE NH. Winds will be fairly calm today, but will turn towards the southeast this evening so I wouldn’t be surprised if a few low clouds move in off the water around sunset, especially NE of Portland.
Don’t forget that today marks the last day of Daylight Saving Time, and thus we will “fall back” by an hour tonight. For those who still have clocks of the analog variety, it’s time to get those dials cranking (is that actually how that works?). Enjoy the well-deserved extra hour of sleep!
